How does my product warranty work?

Squadafum offers a contractual guarantee of 3 (three) months for all its products from the act of purchase(s) of the product(s). The customer must present, in order to exchange defective products, following the rules of the Consumer Protection Code, the original coupon or copy of the Invoice and the product in the original packaging and without evidence of misuse. The faulty product will be analyzed by Squadafum technicians and, if the fault is confirmed, a new product, the same or similar to the one purchased, will be sent to the customer. The replacement of the product(s) will be refused, if verified

  • That the problem stems from the incorrect use of the product(s) by the customer;
  • That the product(s) is (are) out of warranty period, including the legal warranty period (90 days) .

How do I claim my product warranty? 

To activate your product's warranty, contact the SAC center by email sac@squadafum.com.br within 90 calendar days after receiving the product.
