How does my product warranty work?

Squadafum offers a 3 (three) month contractual guarantee for all its products from the time of purchase of the product(s). To exchange defective products, the customer must present, following the rules of the Consumer Protection Code, the original coupon or copy of the invoice and the product in the original packaging and without signs of misuse. The faulty product will be analyzed by Squadafum technicians and, if the fault is confirmed, a new product, the same or similar to the one purchased, will be sent to the customer. Replacement of the product(s) will be refused if it is found

  • That the problem arises from incorrect use of the product(s) by the customer;
  • That the product(s) are outside the warranty period, including the legal warranty period (90 days) .

How do I activate my product warranty?
