We've been following the wave of terpenes being used in craft beers for some time... And when we think of creating our own beer, there's nothing like the masters of the Dogma brewery to put that idea in the glass. 😏

And for this launch, the challenge was to find, in the union of hops and terpenes, a balance point in which the true flavor of a Terpene Hazy Ipa is perfected! 🤤

After many studies and tests, we defined the terpene of Strain Sour Tsunami and with that we looked for hops that would amplify the characteristics of this Strain, which presents sweet and slightly acidic notes that reminded us of sweet and red fruits. 🍓🍎🍉🍒

The hopping base was made with Strata and Mosaic to give the slightly resinous and citrusy Dank base, which was complemented by Idaho Gem Hops, bringing the sweet fruit notes to complement the fruity profile. 🔥

The result is an aromatic bomb! 🥵 Good session and enjoy in moderation. TEY!
